Meet The Ginns

ACI Counseling Center was birthed from (or out of) TCRC (The Covenant Resource Center), a Christian Book store in Long Beach, California, in 1995 owned and operated by Rev. Larry & Denise Ginn (read more).

Within five years of operation The Covenant Resource Center assisted many customers, not only purchased bibles, books, music and Church supplies; they would also share their stories about dysfunction and negative personal relationships within their families. Often Pastoral counseling would be given on marital or family relationships, at other times TCRC would provide books, videos, tapes, CD’s, or other resources to assist individuals or families with the challenges in their lives. TCRC provided parenting classes, workshops, and a meeting place for community involvement and volunteering.

In 2005 TCRC became ACI (Alpha Covenant Inc). A new vision was inspired through much prayer to share covenant principals from the word of God, on family life. The purpose of ACI is to offer individuals and families, relationship counseling/coaching. We also provide group facilitation; group workshops and training: marital, parenting, grief, crises and trauma and leadership. These educational workshops and resources provide valuable information that can have a positive impact on an individual or the family. ACI has two products for released in 2010; “POWER PARENTING TODAY” and “The Romance Game.” Now this vision has become a reality.

Our Mission:
To serve, connect and educate individuals and families by utilizing covenant principals in their relationships. Use community resources to teach our children; direct, encourage, educate and assist the community to become stronger. To provide positive services and resources for individuals and their families to bring a better quality of life within our community. We believe that fostering strong relationships within the family, can lead to a healthy community.
